'pristine
forest & traditional villages in the shade of
the himalayas off the beaten track, constant
views of the snow capped peaks, rural
traditional villages, panoramic scenery, in the
serene forest from the paddy fields to alpine
region'
Introduction:
Adventure starts from Nepal’s second largest
valley, the beautiful Pokhara Valley - offering
magnificent Himalayan panoramas of Mt.Dhaulagiri,
Annapurna & Manaslu Range. Machapuchere, the
Fish Tail Peak stands out majestically. This
will be a good walking holiday as some of the
best middle-hill trekking is done along this
part of the region, under spectacular view of
the Annapurna Range. Trek combines along with
incredible ethnic and cultural diversity and
traverses through very friendly villages and
people. Ascending gradually beyond the beautiful
villages of Bhumdi, we trek through the serene
woods of Rhododendron and alpine meadows towards
Pan Chase Danda, the most beautiful View Point
of the Area. Pan chase is also a pilgrimage
Place for the local people, who gathers-up
yearly to pay homage to their deceased ancestors
by making offerings to the local deities and
mountain spirits.
This trek passes through a more diverse range of
climate, vegetation and cultures than most small
countries can boast in their entire. From lush
vegetation of rain and temperate forests to the
terraced rice fields. The land and its people
change daily, giving the trekkers a tantalising
introduction to Nepal's cultural and natural
beauty.
The trail is not overly difficult, as you will
be passing through plenty of villages along the
way. The trail begins in Pokhara and the first
portion passes through lush green hill country
typical of the heartland of Nepal.
Tiny thatched roofed villages, set among the
terraced fields, make an attractive picture with
the backdrop of the magnificent snowy range of
Annapurna, Manaslu and Dhaulagiri including the
most majestic peaks of all the Himalayan ranges
the Machapuchere (Fish Tail)
